NSW.net Surveys

From time to time, NSW.net undertakes client surveys to review the validity of NSW.net services to meet client needs. Results for the surveys conducted in 2002 and most recently in December 2008 can be found at the links below:

2002 - A summary of the survey, prepared by NSW.net and the Policy and Research Unit of the State Library, looks at the methodology employed, and its key findings. The second link is for a report prepared by the consultancy group, Taylor, Nelson & Sofres (TNS), who conducted the survey.

2008 - A final report from the Moving Forward - Review of NSW.net project which was conducted following the Report on the Public Library Funding Review prepared by AECgroup Limited for NSW.net.
